It is your responsibility to make sure our services meet your needs and requirements.

Warranties
All services and tools made available by VersoChat are provided in an 'as is' state. Thus meaning we formally disclaim all warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy and suitability of the services found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. It is your responsibility to make sure that our product meets your specific requirements.

In no way shall VersoChat be responsible for damages proceeding from the encounter and usage of VersoChat or this Agreement in any way as permissible under law. Such damages include (but are not limited to) loss of profit, hardware and software damage, or any other financial or personal losses.

Billing and Security
  • All VersoChat clients will be billed for their selected services on a time-based manner (monthly recurring basis) unless and until the service is formally canceled by user.
  • It is your responsibility to update all billing information including changes in credit card details, e-mail addresses, and all other billing related information.
  • Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of service use.
  • Accounts that have more than 10 Days past due payments will be deactivated without any further notice given to you.
  • During the creation of an account you may be required to enter personal information. We fully guarantee the security of this information unless otherwise forced to by law.
  • It is your responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and other account information.

Maintenance and Upgrades
VersoChat reserves the right to preform scheduled maintenances and upgrades to all services. No additional charges will be applied for such operations and will be announced to all accounts.

Although we guarantee a 99.9% hosting uptime we are not liable to unpredicted and unavoidable mis-happenings such as outages and Internet Service Provider related problems. We cannot and will not take responsibility for downtime due to your own private systems and software outside of VersoChat.

All content exhibited on the VersoChat Site, such as text, images, logos, and service names are property of VersoChat and Red Sun Systems, Inc. Such content is exclusively meant for your personal and approved use. Any unwarranted usage such as (but not limited to) reproduction, modification, and commercial related roles is prohibited.
Unauthorized use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
