How to integrate Live Chat with your website (Generating HTML Codes)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Login Securely - After your new account has been created you must login as Admin by going here:
After successful login, you will be transferred to a secure server. - Generate HTML Code - Once Departments and Operators are successfully created, you may now generate HTML code. From the left hand Admin Menu, click "Generate HTML Codes". From this page you will be able to generate HTML code fro ALL of your departments or only for a specified Department.
If you choose to generate code for a specific department, the Chat Icon will only show Online/Offline status only of that department. Also visitors will choose which department they would like to speak with.
- Copy & Paste - After clicking which code to generate, simply copy the code and paste onto your website. The generated code must be copied INSIDE the <body> tags.
TIP: In order to track visitors throughout the entire website, you must include this code on every web page you would like to track!
